Butterfly's Kimono back Cho-Cho-San has always touched me. Poor trapped girl. Every time I listen to Madame Butterfly, moving me, I would gladly save her from her fate. So I imagined a new dress for her, a kimono that gives her back life and spring. A dress made of flowers, water and aquatic plants, fish and butterflies. Something to wear that magically relieves her of her tragedy away from Pinkerton and all the other knives. Here is the inspiration for the watercolor lessons that I propose to you, dedicated to the traditional spring motifs of Japanese art for the kimonos' decorations. We take the starting point from Tsuguharu Foujita, the artist who created some of more wonderful costumes for the Madame Butterfly, and also look at the contemporary artists. How to make Monday bloom? Drawing roses Monday Rose It is May, the ideal month. Just take a notebook and a few pencils to end the day in an unusual, pleasant and regenerating way: drawing roses and flowers, together, in the evening, in the open air. What do we do I will open each meeting drawing roses and other flowers with different techniques.
